Attorney, Webb, Burnett, Jackson, Combrooks, Wilber, Vorhis & Douse (associate, 1970-76; partner, 1977-2003). Member, Maryland State Bar Association; Wicomico County Bar Association. Member, The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, 1995-. Fellowship, Rotary International Group Study Exchange, Chile, 1982.
