Report to Governor, General Assembly, & Governor's Office for Children due Sept. 1, 2011.
The Interagency Work Group on Incident Reporting in Residential Child Care Facilities formed in October 2010 (Chapter 567, Acts of 2010). The Work Group is to develop a uniform reporting system for agencies that license or purchase care and services for children in State-licensed residential facilities. It also will recommend regulations for the sharing of incident reports among agencies, and suggest standardized policies and procedures for documenting injuries or hazardous situations.
