Member, Hillen Road Improvement Association, 1983- (president, 1990-95); Baltimore United in Leadership Development (BUILD). Co-founder, Coalition for Political Accountability. Mentor, RAISE Program, Baltimore City. Deacon, Union Baptist Church. Married; three children. Died in Baltimore, Maryland, May 29, 2010.
