(political science); University of Wisconsin (collective bargaining); George Meany Institute (preparation & preservation of arbitration). Assistant Secretary for Administration, Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation, 1994-. Directing business representative, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO. Member, Democratic State Central Committee, 1975-88.
